No you cannot hand write in a Director but you can, with their written
permission, nominate them for the position of Regional Director. Nominations
close the end of September.

VOTE!  That is the issue.  Know what the agenda is and
vote for the members that are going to best represent
your interests.  

Now, with that said.  I have never seen this issue
raised or a member addressing it.  So, can we
handwrite someone in, whom we would like to have
represent us, and why?
