AERC has no such rule and we made sure that every body understood that.regarding the number of times allowed to present - the FEI rules OK, at Biltmore & OD it was enforced for all riders. So, if Biltmore or OD wants to have that rule next year, do they have to put it on their flyer (so we know before we come)...or can they simply present it in writing say...in our rider packets? I would think it should be outlined in writing before you show up to a ride because it is more stringent reqts than specifically required by AERC. Also, smart ride mgt would want to limit the amount of dissatisfaction by publicizing this fact and only attracting those that are willing to accept that rule.
