Re: [RC] [RC] ethics of slaughter-Dancer - donna asherI had a girlfriend who had that arrangement on a non-papered horse. She routinely drove by to check on her horse although I don't think the family knew that. Then one day he was gone. Later she found out that the horse was sold. She didn't want to find out any more details because she was afraid of what happened to the horse. There are lots of good people out there who will follow your wishes, and I applaud you for your arrangements, but you really can't control a horse's destiny unless he is on your own property and under your control. She thought she had gotten her old horse a really good home with loving children that would ride him and adore him. It only lasted about six months. From: "Maryben Stover" <mbstover@xxxxxxxxx> To: "donna asher" <dasherfarm@xxxxxxxxxxx> CC: ridecamp@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: Re: [RC] ethics of slaughter-Dancer Date: Thu, 16 Aug 2007 20:23:29 -0700 _________________________________________________________________ Messenger Café ? open for fun 24/7.
