Personally, I doubt it. The International
Endurance community seems to believe in the Mushroom Theory of operation.
(Keep them in the dark, and feed them horse manure).
I also again renew my call for the AERC to make
like a sheepherder, but expect that the time frame for change will be best
measured in decades.
