[RC] Rain rot remedy, anyone? - Teresa Williams

My gelding has been wet from the continuous rain in TX for days on end. Now he has "rain rot" on his upper back, hips, etc. I am pretty sure it's a fungus and have bathed him in vinegar water, but now what. How do I treat the condition and get the hair to re-grow? Any suggestions or experience with this would be appreciated!
