You did a great thing that day..I am sure you know it, but you also did a great thing by listing the "please do's"..It amazes me all the time, how out of control people ride..they put speed on horses before they put a brain and experience on them...

I wish folks would read your list and really consider the outcome!

So was this biker aware that he had caused an accident where a 
little girl  ended up with a broken arm?  Did he stay around and
assist or peddle away,  still not caring?  Did he learn a lesson?

Yes....the biker was aware he caused the accident.

Oh....it gets better. He told the little girl's mom that he was going
"for help". When I got there, he has been "gone" for about 5 minutes.
I asked if anyone had called 911 and mom said "we're okay the guy went
for help".

I wasn't willing to wait for the biker to get help, so I called 911.

When we got back to camp.....I found out that the biker NEVER went for help!

BTW....a few days ago, I heard the little girl's arm was reset and she
didn't need any surgery to correct the bad break.  Thank goodness!
