I actually have photos and short video of a squirrel fighting a 4' long gopher snake. The snake was trying to get to the squirrels den, and the squirrel wasn't having any of it. Guess what? The squirrel won!
Also say were squirrels had chewed up a King snake pretty badly when it tried to get in their den. I moved the snake to a safer area...
Amazing how tough one can be when protecting one's young...

My daughter had a squirrel jump out of a tree and bounce off her horse's shoulder last Fall.  Horse just kept trotting, but Abby was laughing pretty hard.
