Re: [RC] OT- Pyrethrin Flea & Tick Dip ? - Beth WalkerI don't know about the Flea & Tick Dip.As for the fly spray, I use Pyranha fly spray, which is pyrethrin based. It works very well, but I am careful not to get it in places like under the girth area or other hot, constricted placed. Did that once, and my horse's skin got very irritated. It's fine for legs and places that are not under tack. On May 21, 2007, at 7:42 PM, Raven wrote: I know someone who is using Pyrethrin Flea & Tick Dip on horses to control ticks. Has anyone even heard of doing this? I think that Pyrethrin can be found in some fly sprays...right? =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
