Re: [RC] Problem with my horse - Nancy SturmPretty interesting stuff. Because we provide foster care for a brain injured girl, we do mandatory training. One training covered pica. They showed absolutely astounding radiographic photos of the stomachs of patients (human not horse) who had ingested forks (several), pins, pens, diapers, pencils, gloves - things you cannot imagine being able to swallow. We have trouble convincing substitute caregivers that they should not leave anything where our foster daughter can reach it. A trip to the school greenhouse was particularly exciting for her staff. Nancy Sturm, sticking to chocolate, thanks =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
