Thanks Don, I have thought about it being an injury since it started on the day of the high winds.  No we have not checked inside her mouth, we did check her lungs for possible pneumonia but nothing.  I will have the inside of her mouth checked and have the chiropractor out again (he was out shortly after this started and said she was out pretty good)....still I don't know why she would be drinking and peeing an excessive amount and craving dirt (minerals) if it was an injury but you never know I guess.  
Thanks for the suggestions and yes I sure wish she could talk :)
