[RC] non USA endurance riders and fuel - Tx Trigger

Original message from Kathie Ford:

Europe we are USA.<<<

I'm sure our Ridecamp members from other countries really liked that
statement. :-( Remember, we are a WORLDWIDE E-List. I'd be curious to
hear what riders from other countries do to get to rides. I understand much
smaller, fuel saving rigs are common. Brenderup trailers pulled by smaller
vehicles are often mentioned. I'd like to hear more about how far they
travel to rides on average, what type of camping facilities do they use.
Tent? Sleep in vehicle? Do some have LQ trailers? How many rides do they
have to choose from? Maybe we can get some hints on how to save on fuel
expenses from those who DO have higher prices than we do.
