[RC] blown ligaments - Spottedracer

All I can tell you is my personal experience.... I've shot the Internal 
ligaments in both my knees at one time or another... Really painful - and takes 
about a year or more to 'heal' - regardless of surgery.. Other than my feet 
problems - I appear 'sound'..

-BUT- if I ever went into heavy physical training for something like jogging or 
bicycle racing - I'd be 'lame' within two weeks...(I've tried it)

If she was my horse, I'd consider her a candidate for light riding and breeding 
- but not for endurance...
