Isn’t it against the law to sell a horse without a
negative coggins that is under a year old? I’ve been trying to help a
friend buy a horse and we found a great one, for a great price, but his coggins
has long expired. The sellers don’t want to cough up the dollars to get a
new coggins. Isn’t this wrong? They say they will give the money back if
he’s positive, but we don’t’ trust them. Comments are welcome
and encouraged, thanks.
