You may read USEF's mission statement here: I've always been curious about this, just exactly *who* appointed USEF as "...the National Governing Body (NGB) of Equestrian Sport in the United States"? Did anybody bother telling the Quarter Horse Association ( and other breed groups / equine sports groups) about this?
