In the meantime: FEI is getting geared up to become an endurance  
records keeping body.

FEI  results for 2007 are posted:

along with standings for the 2007 ride season (both horse and rider  
for open and JR/YR divisions):

One of the proposals being floated is that the FEI ranking system(s)  
be used as a qualifier for any world or Continental championship.  
It's interesting to look at the list and compare to the actual  
Federation nominated team that went to Achen for example.
