Thank you for enlightening me on your concerns, all of you..

In my work with teams of employees, when someone identifies a problem, 
either real, or potential, it is the group's responsibility to explore, work 
toward, and evetually agree on a solution..

What potential solutions do any of you see?

I now see your concers as valid ones, and being of the "listen to your 
horse, he will tell you how he is doing" mentality..I have to agree, and 
don't want to be looked at in the same light as anyone who would overlook 
that for the sake of money.
