Isn't it true though, that they are telling their vendors that they cannot advertise their products at less than 15% or 20% (don't know exact number) below msrp??? Someone at the local tack shop said they sent out a letter to everyone stating they wouldn't ship to you if you advertised to low. Isn't that illegal?
