Re: [RC] electrolytes and all advice - Marirose Six

Head up to the U.P. in MI for the Grand Island 100 sometime. It is a VERY nice 100. (Just be sure to call first, they only want to put it on every other year:o)) The trail is pretty without any repeat. Some of it is out & back, but it looks different when going the other way. :o)

Ya'll ever notice how everybody invites each other to come do their most
hellish rides? "Our canyons are ovens" Oh yeah, well our place is a
sauna.  If anybody out there has a really *pleasant* 100 they want to
invite me to, I'm listening. Somehow telling me how awful it is just
doesn't get me moving. >g<
