Change sides and do it again. Horse will learn it very fast. According to the article in Western Horseman, this method was developed for Cavalry riders who knew nothing about horses and had to learn fast how to control them. I love it! No fears about losing balance as is possible with the one-rein stop. My boarders are all using this stop now, as am I.
