Re: [RC] New Horse! - Mike LewisCongratulations! Your new pony (I don't mean that in a negative way) sounds like a cutie. How exciting! :-) Enjoy!! I found my horse! He's a four-year-old arab/appy gelding. I had the prepurchase exam done by a veterinarian in W Washington that does ride-and-tie and endurance and he really liked him. His only negatives were a crack in a rear hoof and a teary eye. But he said he was very sensible and smart as a whip. I'm pretty excited about it all, and get to spend the summer breaking the little beggar. I guess I'll be finally seeing ya'll on the trails next summer, so watch out for me and my indescribably-colored horse. (Seriously, I can't describe his color, and either could the vet. He said, "He's like a brown gruella with white spots, but I can't really tell where the white ends or begins.") And my Belgian mare is officially retired to husband-sitting.
