I am not going to be a grand prix dressage rider nor a Natural Horsemenship guro--no one around here does barrels / gaming anymore. Hunters/jumpers don't excite me. But I was thinking along the lines of your advice--sort of the "build it and they will come" idea. I know how I want to keep my horses & what I need for a facility and I will build room for others to join me. Luckily I don't nee to make tons of money.
