[RC] Endurance Clinic/publications - rides2farAnd although I really enjoy and look forward to the magazine I don't consider it a great source of "how to" information, it > is good for information about rides where/when and standings- it has great > articles about individual experiences and Jr. bio's , Maybe it *should* have more articles like that. I don't know about you all...but lately when my KID complained that the covers of our EN never gave her a glimpse of any superhorses, I started noticing it (even Heraldic's photo was in the distance with him being led). Also, I know we want to encourage beginners...but when a junior who has done mostly competitive trail and one LD gets a full page interview...and another junior who completed the Old Dominion *and* the National Championship 100 on that Godawful course doesn't...I start to think, "come on people". Trail Blazer used to fill that niche and have interviews with the champions, etc. but now they spend more time on the "Long Riders" who do 1000 miles of highway to find their inner self. I think there's a real gap in the business and wish someone would fill it.
