RE: [RC] my husband and his big rig - Jannelle Wilde & Adam FalkWell, sure, if you want to spend $60K on a rig. We spent $11K on our rig and about $3500 chopping off on of the axels and then $1200 or so making a flatbed for it. For us it was the least expensive way to get the power and a place to sleep inside. Jannelle My rant re: the semi aside... something like a medium-duty "semi" might not be bad. There's a lady who drives a Freightliner FL70, if I recall correctly, all over the country. Small enough to get under most limbs... powerful enough to pull a big LQ trailer. =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
