[RC] Win/Win - Ridecamp GuestPlease Reply to: John Bass jbass@xxxxxxxxxxxx or ridecamp@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ========================================== Joe said: "Is it going to take a tragic accident, with a small child severely injured or worse, before the AERC faces up to its responsibilites?" A blanket statement. Is Joe's true interest in protecting children or putting himself in a win/win situation? I think it is the latter. From here on in, if by chance a child is injured on an endurance ride, Joe can always say "I told you so." Joe wins. Joe likes that. Our lives are obstructed by threats of litigation, rules, regulations, limited choice, more rules. Parents want and deserve the right to have a choice.
