killed, it could be a major issue for the sport. But, at the same time,
other sports have deaths, and they survive.
Other sports that may have child deaths/or serious injuries have the
benefit of having a larger base of participants. If a child were to die playing
football, it just would not stop the sport, too much support from the
public. Equestrian sports, on the other hand, are a very small
representation of the general population. So as an organized sport we
are risking our insurability by not taking appropriate cautions.
All that said, I still like where Jodie ended up her statement.
