I certainly don't want to get in the argument here about LD and BC (especially since I know nothing about it!) -- but just as a side point, since NATRC was brought up -- NATRC does not give BC awards, in any division. Besides, I wouldn't think that anyone who wanted to "race" (since this seems to be part of the concern?) would want to ride in NATRC, because you can't race at the ctr's...there is a *minimum* as well as a maximum time schedule to follow.
