Those "wood-eating bumble bees" are Carpenter
Bees and the stinkers drilled so many holes in our lovely hand-split shake roof
that it leaked and we had to replace it. I cringe every time I see one or
two flying around.
Okay folks, sorry I lumped bees and wasps together. I
will never blame a honeybee for my problems, I promise, or even those little
wood eating bumble bees. I love to watch them eating my barn,
