Re: [RC] [RC] AERC Convention in San Antonio - Nancy Mitts

I've decided to leave for the convention a day early, "just in case of anything" as a friend used to say. I'll be looking for a cheap motel just outside of SA for Wednesday night. I'll be coming down I-35. How far back do I need to look to get something at "non tourist" prices? Can anyone suggest which little town has something clean & cheap? If all goes well we'll actually get there Wed afternoon.
