That is part of the extra problems with a trailer LQ.  They are actually much better air sealed than most homes, even in the frigid North.  There is also much less volume.
 
The bottom line:  Be very very careful with propane heat in a LQ.  I personally, only use an outside air combustion RV furnace.  If I did not have that I would use my good sleeping bags to sleep, and only run the space heater when I was awake.
 
There is also a fire issue.  The previous owner of my camper, apparently did not understand batteries and furnaces.  When I got it the battery was not a deep cycle, and the furnace had issues.  They had installed a catalytic heater, but apparently were quite lucky with a portable one before.  There is a charcoaled spot on the bathroom door where something started it on fire.  Just a few more minutes and...
