 Why would anyone limit the number of riders allowed on one of these? Just curious.

Hello to all,
 
A new ride is taking place - Scottsdale McDowell Mt. The ride will travel
through the McDowell Mountain Regional Park just outside of Phoenix Arizona.
It promises to be a beautiful desert ride on April 7, 2007. The 55-mile
distance is a limited entry ride - pre-registration is appreciated to ensure
you place! Please visit the website for all details and entry forms. There
will also be an LD 25 mile ride. Please pre-register.
 
 
ONLY 49 SPACES TO GO FOR THE MOST BEAUTIFUL RIDE IN THE ARIZONA DESERT!
