Renie, I took a look at it and had this thought, " Emergency come off 
from horse, it catches on horse, pommel, horn or tree etc,= broken neck 
or at the very least a very bad burn around your neck. I would think a 
fanny pack or bicylce shirt with rear pockets would be  better and far  
safer.
