Ed, sadly true - AND FOR what? FOR what?? It is ONLY a HORSE RACE!! I
think it is sad that this would be an "extremely important goal" as if it were
3rd world hunger or brain surgery or something. Dang, there are HOW MANY
billions of people in China who not only don't KNOW but don't CARE about who
finishes first in a race. :) but really, folks, it is ONLY a sport. Do it right,
do in honorably or don't do it at all - and in the end, know that you did your
best - for the horse and for the glory of the sport - which seems very tarnished
lately.
