A 7.5 mph pace is an 8 minute mile which translates into an 6:40 50 or 3:20 25. Of course the ride time would be a bit longer because you need to stop for water, it takes a few minutes when you come into the check, etc. Nonetheless, that is a pretty decent ride time. Just keep on plugging and you do quite fine with that pace.
