Perhaps check to see if there are any schools or students in your area who need the practice! I would start there, then once his muscles have relaxed a bit ( and that could take a few sessions) try some chiro work. If you see improvement keep up the massage stuff, it will probably take awhile to get him going again....it probably took a long time to get this way!:-)
