Kim, I understand that there are variables. I would like to see what everyone thinks the average is, otherwise, how can there be all this discussion about racing, and what is too fast, too slow etc.... There must be a certain amount of time that is average, otherwise how could you know it was too fast? I believe it would be difficult to give an ideal time for a 25 or a 50 as individual ride terrain, footing, and weather conditions all come into play for rides measuring the same distance.
Even rides that are run on the same course year after year can vary in average ride times because of variables like weather or footing.
