Re: [RC] BC and High Vet Score - rides2far@xxxxxxxxBC takes into consideration 3 factors: Time, weight carried, and the horse's vet score. High Vet score is only the vet score from the above. You could have a horse who was a tiny bit off, win BC if he carried enough weight fast enough. I always shot for high vet score since I'm just not enough of a gambler to have the nerve to do what it takes to be 1-5th instead of 6-10th. The "High Vet Score" horse ought to look better than any of the top 10 at the end. Not too many rides announce the high vet score. I always had to ask others what they got to know if I "won" it (even if it wasn't recognized by management. Kaboot was high vet score a lot of times, but I don't think we ever got an award for it. Every time management actually gave an award I would get beat by some super horse like Forgym or Desert Ballad. :-P Angie =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
