[RC] NC 50 VC3 - k s swigart

I need somebody to explain this to me.  I cannot come up with any
possible reason for having a vet check at all, let alone one with a 20
minute hold one mile from the finish.

Is the idea to make it so that the ride is like an LD ride and that the
horse that "recovers" first becomes the winner.

Or is John Teeter mistaken????
