Great point!  There is a good side.  Think about the natural disasters this 
year, Lousiana still has over 3,000 missing people, and about 1,000 
unidentified bodies.  Microchips can speak for you, when you can't speak for 
yourself.  If you are lost, injured, hurt, or worse, authorities can find 
your family within minutues. (i.e. taking a fall off your horse)
