Don has passed away but his son, Denny Hansen now makes the bits. If you can get a cast of your horses mouth Denny can custom fit a bit to your horses mouth. I wouldn't be surprised if Denny could make a custom bit without a cast by taking measurements and taking pictures of as many points as possible.
No, I am not Denny's agent! LOL! I was really pleased that Denny was able to step in and take over a long standing business with equal to or greater than quality as his Dad.
