[RC] Time limit on results - Michael Maul

In response to:"Yes, there is a time limit. 30 days, I believe. Fines are imposed if reports and $$ is not received in 30 days.

This time limit is to avoid additional fees for being late. Results will still be used all the way up to final closing of the season results though if the fines and fees are paid.

From the rules

12. Ride Results must be submitted to the AERC Administrative Office
within two weeks after the ride date and must be accompanied by a starting rider fee.

12.2 Ride results received by AERC more than 30 days after the ride incur a penalty of $50.00 plus $2.00 per day over 30 days.
