[RC] CTR and boots - Marta Kozlowska

well i just went back and re-read the ECTRA regulations and they all
seem pretty adamant that no other boots besides easy boots are
allowed.  so i guess this boot allowance by distance depends on the
organization sanctioning the ride, correct?
guess i got my hopes up too soon:(
