there is a web cam and a streaming video feed being provided from Aachen (where 
there is a light drizzle, 61df, and it's 1:00pm local time.  The video feed 
will start in @1 hour.

Coverage of the open ceremonies will start in about 45 min. until then, looks 
like commercials (which in themselves are interesting:)

I think they will likely re-target the webcam when the opening c. happens.
