Re: [RC] Drugs and Riding - rides2far@xxxxxxxxTylenol, however, has become the favorite suicide drug in England. Large doses, combined with a significant amount of alcohol, and it's "lights out." In the 7 years I've been teaching I know of two students who have "attempted suicide" with Tylenol. If I heard the rumors right, one is on dialysis and the other is not healthy and requires medications for her kidney damage. I didn't hear about any alcohol involved but it sounded like they trashed their kidneys. I figure as dehydrated as we get, a little has got to go farther when you take it. If I take any now I take 2, but on my first 100 I took it *often* because I thought that's what all 100 milers did and I'd better follow the rules. Turned out I didn't need it and I was just trying to look like a 100 miler eating those things.
