Hi Kat....it's a tight french braid with an added ribbon, you use the
ribbon on the outside and making sure you lay it on top of the hair as
you braid. You use a long length of ribbon, fold it in half, lay the
center of the ribbon at the top of the mane, under the hair, and start
the french braid, remember to keep the braids tight ...BUT....do not
over tighten, hope that makes sense. You continued down the mane and
at the end secure the braid ends with a hair rubber binder, take the
ribbon ends and tie a bow.

It's a bit time consuming, and you may need to practice alot to get it
correctly done. Make sure you have a step stool to stand on while
braiding, you sorta want to be a bit over your horse's mane, so your
hands/arms are you being held up, as you may tire. HA!  Have fun!!
