The experiment is being run out West. The numbers are not in yet. It 

will take a couple of years to determine the effect. A theory is only as 
good as the experimental validation of said theory. Give it three years 

and see what happens.


This is something I don't understand. Please show me the difference in
the PS program's level of experimentation, and your program. They're all
theory. Theirs was discussed a little more thoroughly, thought through
and tweeked with input from members more than yours was. Are there any
early numbers in?  How many signed up for their program within the first
month after they announced it? How many signed up for yours?
