[RC] OT: AOL people - John TeeterI've received a number of questions from people with aol.com email addresses, but I can only reply to them via the ridecamp archives. AOL is (intermittently) blocking ip addresses associated with 207.141.24.xxx - the endurance.net machine is in that (class C) address space. It's a bit of a nightmare to try to fix this problem. (the reason of the blockage is under discussion, but we think it has to do with a request made by fsr.com to "white-list" ALL of their ip addresses, and AOL rejecting the entire request because they got confused .... Long story short - AOL is telling me it will be friday b/f the problem is fixed. Those of you on aol.com (258 of you) will need to rely on the archives for the next 2-4 days. jt. (p.s. If you want an email address at endurance.net, send me email and I'll see what I can do. I may charge something for it though...:) (pps. aol.com is a difficult isp to work with, my condolences to you aol guys ...:( =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
