Both horses vetted in beautifully, and we were looking forward 
to a > cooler than usual Tevis, but Friday night I became suddenly ill

unable to ride, and Dayna didn't want to ride without me, which

Darn it Bruce! If I'd been there you could have put me on your mare,
saved Dana's ride and we could have done some research on how a horse
that's trained with a HW does with a LW on its back! Oh well. I'm very
bummed for you. The usual concensus on these things is "It was the potato
salad".
