Been there, done it, still can't Nordic Track for any length of time. I
believe that if you have issues and get the orthotics early on, much damage can
be prevented. They even have ones that are not very expensive, $40 or so, from a
podiatrist, that have certainly helped keep me on my feet. I have found that if
I change the shoes and/or orthotics (I had two custom fit, expensive pair, one
got stolen along with the tennis shoes they were in) my feet do much better
throughout the day. I happen to be one who's feet are happiest barefoot which
makes it easier to get relief, for sure. Beccy in
