Heading out the door for Special Olympics practice, but think several of
you misunderstood what I'm looking for:  We have lots of designated trails
and marked trails around Wyoming.  I need to know if a federal land agency
has ever allowed an endurance ride to put permanent markings with their
ride's name, logo, or mileage, etc. on a multiple use or other trail
(other than Tevis).  Thanks.  Cindy
