I think you are correct, we have to make the commitment for electric 
production by nuclear power before the hydrogen fuel option makes much 
sense. The biggest drawback from nuclear is the waste - which is a 
technical problem as much as a political problem.

I missed the SA article. I just went back and downloaded it to read later.
